How we price: a flat price per visit for two cleaners, with GST, products and equipment included. Weekly cleans are 10% less. A one-off clean is a deep clean, so it takes longer. We confirm the price after your first visit.

Why the colours?

Questions people ask
Can you clean around pets?
Yes. Tell us about them when you book. Our products are plant-based, we close doors and gates behind us, and dogs are welcome to supervise. If your pet is nervous of the vacuum, pop them in the yard or a closed room.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key in a lockbox or give us a spare. Keys are tagged with a code, never your address, and kept in a locked safe between visits.
What should I do before you arrive?
Pick up clothes, toys and dishes so we can get to the surfaces, and leave fresh linen on the bed if you'd like it changed. That's it. We bring all the products and equipment.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. For end-of-lease cleans, the 72-hour re-clean promise covers anything your property manager flags.
Can I skip a clean or cancel?
Yes, with 48 hours' notice. There are no lock-in contracts, and going on holiday doesn't lose you your regular spot.
