Questions

Do I need yoga experience?

No. Every session has gentler options, and many guests are beginners.

Can I come on my own?

Yes, about half our guests do. Choose a shared room and we'll pair you with another solo guest, or book a private room.

Is there phone signal?

Some, near the main house. We ask for no phones at meals, and that's the only rule.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, a warm layer for the evenings, swimmers, insect repellent and walking shoes. Mats, props and towels are provided.
